My products come from different vendors.  Some come from Italy, some from China and some from right in the good ol' USA!  Because of this, not all products will look the same.  In fact, no two will ever look alike.  Sometimes things fire brighter white than others.  I do not have control over that.  It has to do with the bisque, paint, glaze, weather,if I happen to put lotion on that day, etc., etc. Also, please understand that things sometimes happen in the firing process that can ruin a piece.  This upsets me as much as is may upset you because I have more than like spent no less than 2 hours on that very product.  If this does happen, I will do everything that I can to make it right.  I want you to be happy, and it to be fair for both of us.
